Mr. Santos has a long history of helping people navigate through the legal system.  When he passed the Nevada Bar examination and the California Bar examination, he was offered employment to work for the state of Nevada. After a few years of working as a state attorney, he decided to venture out on his own and open his own law practice.

      

       Mr. Santos is a member in good standing of the State Bar of Nevada, the State Bar of California, the Nevada Justice Association (formerly the Nevada Trial Lawyers Association) and the Washoe County State Bar Association.

      

      Mr. Santos is also very active in the boxing world.  He is currently a judge and referee for USA Amateur Boxing.

      

      Mr. Santos' work in the community is non-stop.  Through his involvement with the State Bar of Nevada, he volunteered his time to the Young Lawyers Section from 1992 to 2002, being appointed to the Executive Committee from 1999-2002,where he served as the Chairman from 2001 to 2002.  Through his work on the board, he was able to help the people and children of Nevada.
